Fabien has a strong food & beverage background and a great experience in Michelin starred restaurants openings in Singapore, China and France. Expert of the hospitality industry for over twenty years, Fabien opened The Oberoi, Marrakech last year and the hotel has been receiving various high acclaimed awards.
